Spider-Man writers reveal "big" Wonder characters were cut from No Way Home

Spider-Man: Nary Way Home may bear been bursting with cosmic Marvel characters (spoilers ahead if you still don't know who they are…), but there were some other major names that didn't make the final swing, according to the movie's screenwriters.

"I wear't know if we're allowed to, frankly, just there were big characters," co-screenwriter Chris McKenna told Hick!. "Simply almost too big, because information technology always became a balancing enactment of how do we tell non only when a story with all these awesome villains that we know we neediness to bring into this moving picture, the classic ones, but also how arrange we make this still a Tomcat Holland/Peter Parker story so that he's not entirely overshadowed?

"Because at the end of the day, it's not leaving to exist a great Spider-Man movie if you're not weighty an emotional Peter Charles Christopher Parke story. No Way Dwelling house sure as shooting isn't wanting in important characters from the Marvel and Sony superhero universes – IT features five villains (Electro, Green Goblin, Doc Ock, Lizard, and Sandman) and cardinal versions of Spider-Man, plus Doctor Strange and a Daredevil cameo. That's probably plenty for one movie.
